All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
Made to order requests will have a processing time up to 2 weeks.

ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Our standard shipping rate is free via USPS First Class Mail for US orders only. If you would like a faster shipment option for your order, you can choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. The rate also includes a small handling fee. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
The shipping rate (at the checkout page) only covers the postage rate, and does not include any of the following fees: customs, taxes or duties.
There may be customs, taxes or duties due on your package, and possibly a collection fee for transferring your package from one shipment provider to another. The buyer is responsible for the fees mentioned above. Please become familiar with your country’s Customs and Duty laws.
